“The location is perfect. The dock is perfect, the water super clear, it's close to everything. The house is a historic gem: it has withstood so many hurricanes. It's really sad to see it in such a state of disrepair. For example, there is an obious leak under the shower that is bowing the wood (original wood floor). A lot of things are old and about to break. But overall, we had a really good stay. I would still recommend this place, but adjust expectations. ”

“The property was very clean & nice. Stayed for a weekend getaway with family to explore the city of rockport & do some fishing. This property was an ideal location & close to redfish bay. Owner was easily accessible when needing to communicate with & answered any questions we had in a quick timeframe. We will definitely consider renting this condo again in the future!”
