“Staff member was very welcoming.
I asked if i could see the room.
The only thing i was not happy i had to park my car on the other side of my room due to all the oil workers!”

“I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent visit to Hunt's Castle in Rockport, Texas was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. From the moment we arrived it was clear that property maintenance and customer service was not a priority.
Checking in was okay, but that was the only thing that was okay. Once in the room it was issue after issue. The room was dirty, dead flies stuck to the window, the ceiling fan was dirty and didnt work, several of the lights needed light bulbs, the...

“i reserved the motel ONE month in advance. i got my reservation canceled because i didn’t respond to a confirmation within 2 hours of the check in. (i was busy stranded on the side of the highway because my car’s transmission blew). I get picked up by my dad, check my phone to see they canceled my reservation. when i looked to see if i could get it back, i found out they sold my room for 3X the price. horrible.”
