“Staff very nice and helpful, room nice, beds really comfy, and crisp linen. Basic shower room needs upgrade but worked ok. Downside, the room was next to the back of restaurant so staff smoked under our room window all hours, and where coughing loud so not nice. Also was freezing, waited for heating to come on in the evening and morn but didnt, left early morn as to cold and smell of smoke was off putting.”
