Hotel a Grand Valley

“Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”

“The home is easy to find and happily situated. Check-in was well planned by the staff and very easy for us. Our room & bath was just as described. Very quiet and safe home and neighborhood. The homemade breakfast was excellent, plenty of fresh food and drink to start the day. The staff was very friendly and kind to us. We would (and have already) highly recommended the home to anyone visiting the area.”

“The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The chairs out front of the room were perfect for relaxing. Wonderful place. Only drawback for us was that the motel is located downhill from the bike trail which meant the first thing in the morning we had to climb some hills to get back on the trail. A little difficult after indulging in a nice breakfast at the next door restaurant.”

“Parking was good and check in was quick. The place was clean but very dated. We were only there one night.”

“Super friendly staff. They noticed we left some items in the room then flagged us down before we drove off. They didn’t hassle us about being late getting out. The room was very homey. Fireplace was a great touch. The room also had AC.”

“Stayed here for a local-ish soccer tournament and while the hotel was in great condition and the rooms were clean and comfy, charging $370 for this particular weekend for a hotel on the outskirts of ORANGEVILLE, Ontario was a bit ridiculous, especially when that's nearly double what the rate normally is. Did not appreciate the price gouging. If you want to avoid all of your guest's jaws dropping to the floor when handed the debit machine showing $690 for one night when you include the $250...
