“The junior king suite was a usual room but the kitchen had some cabinets. The balcony hosted an abundance of spiders and webs. The personal hot tub was a 20 year old Jacuzzi. Decor was also dated. There are no laundry facilities on premises so we went to the airport with swim wear in a plastic bag. The entire staff was extremely pleasant.”

“The hotel property was clean and well decorated. The welcoming desk clerk was great, friendly and customer oriented. He was there for the whole short visit. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was great, lots of options both cold and hot. The breakfast staff (young man) was very nice and friendly, he kept the food in good supply. The breakfast area was large and spacious, very clean and modern. Lots of parking. Check in and out was smooth. I would recommend this hotel.”

“The property definitely looks better online. It is a small property in the middle of 2 bigger hotels. The hot tub was empty & the pool needed to be clean. Shower pressure was terrible. There was also an odor in the room & hallways. Mildew or an aged odor. It was just ok. Had to make the best of it. Definitely not what I expected.”

“I loved this resort. Me and my husband were amazed at how beautiful the room was and how spacious it was. The balcony view was breathtaking. The pools and jacuzzis were awesome. The only thing I thought really needed some improvement were the beds. They were lumpy. They had a pillow top bed cover on the bed but it would not stay in place, I also thought the TV would have been more enjoyable with a Roku or fire stick.”

“First off when we got there we got there with the impression that we have rented one particular room which was facing the beach when I went to the front desk the person said we have this room or we have their room you only have two choices and that's how we have seven of all the carpets are dirty third of all the rooms are idated and are small for us to be paid $1,000 for two days it's not worth it . The only thing display has going on is the pools and the slides and the beach that's the only...

“Where the view, location, and room size were amazing, the room itself left much to be desired. It was very outdated (I am sure at one time the furnishings and decor were popular at one time) and had an “old” odor. The couch was very worn with odd pillows and the lighting throughout was very dim. The kitchen sink faucet was not properly affixed and felt as though it was going to come off every time we used it.”

“The floor in the room was filthy, I was wearing white socks and after walking across the floor just a few times they were filthy. I do not think the floor is mopped after each guest leaves, which needs to be addressed. The room otherwise was fine, bed was comfy and everything else seemed fairly clean. This location could use a remodel in the near future.”

“Good stay overall! First time staying here, Staff was friendly and made check in easy! Only thing they need are individual microwaves in the rooms! I don’t know if others come with one but ours did NOT & with little kids this was a bit inconvenient being on the 3rd flood having to gather them as well as food to go down to the main lobby to warm anything up!!”
