“Never came by to clean room after first day. Shampoo dispenser empty, Kleenex dispenser empty. Whirlpool not functioning. I had to empty my own garbage cans. Very outdated rooms and hallways. Hallway carpet could use a cleaning. Elevators made loud noises on opening and closing. I will not stay at a Hampton Inn again.”

“Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.”

We booked 17 rooms for a party, and all of our guests had complaints about the rooms. They had to change several rooms. For the price, I would stay at a different hotel when we go back next year.”

However, in the bar area, it was warm and though they had high power fans throughout the lobby to try and cool it down, the fans took away from the ambiance.
