“Property needs significant work. The combination of one night guests and long term residents doesn’t work well. Smoking not enforced in long term guest rooms but my room was fine.”

“Great experience, staff was helpful and friendly. Would be helpful and useful if front desk had a small tool kit. I needed a pair of small pliers for a small task, and front desk couldnt help. resolved issue on own. But just a smal kit would have been helpful.”

“The pool was not what we considered heated. 72 degree was cold. Typical indoor pools are heated to 80-88 degrees. Swimming was not possible unless you want to do a polar plunge”

“I don’t know how this hotel is still in business. Dirty, no staff, many briken things in room, dirty bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper and no staff to call after 9 pm or before 9 am. Constantly tells people they don’t have rooms for them even when they have confirmation #. Happened to us and we waited 2 hrs for a room. The lobby was full of other people in the same situation. No way this hotel passes any inspection. Impossible. We left 1 day early and went home just to not stay there for...
