Hotel a Gray Court

“Front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful with a couple of requests. Breakfast/Coffee was a nice added and unexpected plus. Easy access location. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay again if in the area!”

“This was a beautiful hotel! So clean! The room was large and the bathroom was huge! We were just passing through so we didn’t swim but it did have beautiful indoor pool!”

“It looks as if they are renovating rooms at this time. We had fresh paint and new flooring but the furniture was disintegrating due to water damage. The sheets and towels were washed but they were stained. There was dried gum wadded up on the edge of the night stand. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly though.”

“The property has some kind of construction happening in the lobby area. There I'd black tarp hanging inside due to this. The Front desk staff were rarely at the desk. Room toilet was child size! One can definitely tell that no money goes into maintenance at this hotel.”

“The room had a weird smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, the shower floor was brown, and a mystery sticky scum in the sink. In the morning, the cleaning crew knock on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. The elevator was small and there was only one in the whole building. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just don’t think they were prepared.”

“We are covered in bed bug bites. No breakfast was served because it was Memorial Day, that’s their entire business is holiday travel. We left a day a day early after finding the bug.”

“Everything about the hotel was excellent. From my first encounter with Billy, the shuttle driver, to the cheerful front desk staff, the room cleaner and the morning breakfast. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The grounds were exceptional and well manicured. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Someone attempted to break into my vehicle and other guest’s vehicles in the parking lot of the Hotel. The manager did allow my husband to view cameras but the angles of the cameras did not show much so they should either have some kind of security or add cameras to ensure the entire property can be watched or caught on camera. Due to this situation, our door was broken off and cannot be used until we repair it. The other couple that approached me as I was assessing the damage another couple...
