“Pay Attention to this structure! Be Aware! The structure it's completely different from what it's shown in the photos on Expedia (whom we promptely inform). Before the check-in, the owner of the "cottage", Mr. Nixon, was very kind and fast in answering us. “Beautiful location, hosts were very nice but the room was extremely dirty! I booked well in advance for 3 people and when we arrived, it was like the room had not been cleaned for weeks and they were not expecting us! “Jack, the host, is very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay near Georgetown. Very nice to have kayaks and beach stuff to enjoy the beautiful beaches on this island. 4 adults and 2 teens stayed comfortably. They provide a robe so you can enjoy the outdoor shower. Grocery is about 15 min away but I do recommend having Kay get groceries before you arrive. Helps to have some food before you go into town. I recommend using FB group 'Exuma Bahamas-Where to stay/what to do by Bahama...
