“A hidden gem! Perfect location, beautiful view, nice facilities. The condo provided many amenities and that helped tremendously because we didn’t have to purchase the small things like spices and condiments. We didn’t partake in any of the activities at the resort other than the beach but there were several available like paddle boards, kayaks and a pool. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! The owner was very attentive and helpful. ”

“Sabrina’s apartment is a little gem. You need to rent a car to reach the beaches and also George Town where you can find supermarket, gas station, bank etc... but apart from that nothing is missing. “BEST TRIP!!!! We had our family of four go down for a last minute trip and loved every minute of it. Great location - great host - great help - quick answers. My daughters are 8 and 14 and loved the pool. Loved kayaking across the bay. We rented a boat for the day and explored. Make sure to stock your fridge before coming!!! ”

“Our stay in Rokers Point was absolutely wonderful! The home is lovely, well designed and spacious. Comfortable beds, well stocked and excellent views all around. There are many great restaurants a quick golf cart ride away, Grande villa and the gated neighborhood itself is top notch! Destine, was an excellent property concierge! “Unica cosa positiva la vista sulla Baia che tra l'altro avvicinandosi non era all'altezza del mare di exuma. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 adulti e ci avevano dato camera con 1 matrimoniale ed un lettino pagato suppl. Di 105 usd a notte per avere 4 letti. Ristorante inesistente, escursioni ci hanno chiesto 150 usd a testa per due soli posti appuntamento alle 15.30 si sono presentati alle 17.30 (alle 18 fa buio). Potrei andare avanti ma diciamo che sono delle simpatiche canaglie che ci hanno raggirato...

"Pay Attention to this structure! Be Aware! The structure it's completely different from what it's shown in the photos on Expedia (whom we promptely inform). Before the check-in, the owner of the "cottage", Mr. Nixon, was very kind and fast in answering us. But once we've arrived (it took us more than one hour to find the property due to the mismatch between the real house and the one shown on Expedia) we've discovered "the surprise", and texted immediately Mr. NIxon to share our disappointment: he then disappeared. We've never checked-in because it was impossible to stay inside so We had to book another accomodation immediatily (was late evening) on Expedia to found a bed and a roof for the night... many thanks to Expedia for the day-after assistance. Please, pay attention and be aware if you want a lovely and safe stay in Exuma wich is a beautiful island!"

"Probably the most beautiful Resort on Exuma. Our interior-design Villa was a perfect interpretation of royal/colonial caribbean style. The 23th North Restaurant was very good with a very friendly staff (others staff was not so friendly..). Very good stay with all the comfort. I suggest it."
