So clean, cozy and silent. All facilities were good. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful.
I fell in love to Almaty through this apartment.
The manager could speak excellent English that easy to check everything what I need.

Gym is very reasonable and adequate (open 24/7).
Only problem is inconsistent stream of hot water - the hot water in the shower is sometimes pulsating, making the showering experience unpleasant (this issue wasn't present at all times, but rather at certain days and times. However, it happened several times during my stay). ”

The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2).
The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street.
There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. ”

Ho avuto qualche difficoltà nel comprendere l'utilizzo della domotica(non proprio immediata) ma alla fine me la sono cavata. Il bagno è notevole, pulito e fine, bidet, ampia vasca da bagno e una splendida doccia. L'hotel era silenzioso di notte e ben animato di giorno grazie al bar, ristorante, boutique e un centro sauna-palestra-wellness di cui però non ho approfittato.”

“Excellent stay only be aware if you book the Junior Suite as it is a small / corner room, better to look at other options. The staff anyhow was super helpful and supported by change. In addition it is a very busy hotel, difficult to do early check-in factor this in your travels. I highly reccomend the place to everyone”
