“The hotel was fine, my biggest gripe was the room had a pretty strong odor. Not like someone had smoked in the room but more like the person who cleaned the room smoked heavily and then wore too much perfume to cover it up. The staff was friendly. It was also pretty humid in the lobby like the hvac couldn’t keep up. “What a great hotel in the heart of Greenville. Beautiful lobby, helpful staff, and the rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!”

“My two-night stay was an average one, but I expected more from the room and the hotel staff. In my room, the carpet was torn at the bathroom door. I could tell that a repair attempt was made but the 6" long tear was still noticeable. In the shower, the hooks on the shower curtain were all unhooked, which allowed the shower curtain to come loose from two of the points of attachment.
