“Great place to stay”

“Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was spacious for handicap. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were soft but satisfactory. Breakfast was good. Checkout was fast.”

“The lobby bathrooms were both disgusting. The women’s bathroom was clogged and had toilet paper and paper towel on the floor. The men’s bathroom was not clean either but at least had a flushing toilet. The elevator was also gross. The room was decently clean but the start of the stay was less than impressive! ”

“Room was great, Applebee's inside hotel was delicious and the staff was wonderful. 19th floor view was amazing... We could see both the water front and down town city. Only issue we had was shower had a drip that lasted about 30 minutes after showering, that was hitting the metal piece in the shower and we weren't able to turn our heat down, 76°. Ugh! ”

“The hotel is super dated, but our room was decent. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast could’ve been better, but we liked the waffles and you can tell the eggs were just frozen crumbled eggs from the bag. Parking was super easy. ”

“I wasn’t happy with 2 garbage bags left in hallway from the days clean. Mentioned to front desk and was still there in the morning!”
