“I had great expectations for this stay since I’ve been to Wengen several times and I looked forward to stay at this hotel, that I value as the best there. It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it. “What a great experience. Highly recommended to book the room with balcony with mountain view. What a blissful sense of peace! The hotel is in front of Allmendhubel ski lift and 2 min away from Birg/Schilthorn gondola. Couldn't be better placed. Room was small but clean and warm. Personnel was nice in the extreme. “Staff was very welcoming, great location, lots of little amenities that you wouldn’t consider, like the fridge in lobby for guest use (most hotels here don’t have mini bar fridge in room), sauna, and fixed cost for guests at competitive price for the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable, homey, and clean. We only stayed one night, and didn’t get to fully enjoy it all, but would certainly rebook here! ”

"The room was clean and quite nice. Unfortunately no bath robe and slippers. No gym either. Nice breakfast the morning after. Parking very expensive. Do not use it, there is a public one close and much cheaper. The position of the hotel is central. On the railway tracks but no noise at all. Overall a good experience."

"Bella struttura in pieno centro che ti permette di girare Berna senza necessariamente prendere i mezzi. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a pochi metri dalla torre della guardia e dal suo mercato rionale. Al primo piano, tutti i clienti, possono usufruire di una cucina con te e caffè/ latte etc gratuito. L' unica pecca, a mio avviso, la scomodità dell'arredamento. Lavandino in mezzo alla stanza che sporca facilmente e soprattutto angolo doccia semi trasparente sempre sulla stanza. Insomma, poca privacy intima! "
