“小規模でレトロなお宿ですが、お食事も美味しく、お庭がとても素敵で、非常に満足な滞在になりました！
お風呂は共同ですが貸切でのんびりできて快適でした。
お部屋も清潔で、床の間にはお花が生けてあって素敵でした。
山中湖へも徒歩圏内で、日の出も見に行くことができました。ただ、深夜の早朝は宿の入口に野生動物の侵入を防ぐための網がかかっているので注意が必要です。笑
また山中湖に行く際は是非利用したいと思います。”

“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“施設はまだ新しく、清潔感満載のホテルです。またテントと露天風呂のある別室（ガーデン）もしっかりとプライバシーが保たれ、お湯も適度な温度で大変満喫出来ました。
サービスも従業員の方々の笑顔での丁寧な対応は大変よく、到着時の軽食や選べるシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ソフトドリンクとアイスの無料サービスなど至れり尽くせりで満足いくものでした。
２点ほど気になった点は、水回りのミラー内蔵型時計や同様の共用部分のトイレの時計が正確じゃなかったり、部屋内の冷蔵庫が殆ど効いていなかったことは少し残念てした。”

“I would recommend this hotel!! This is a very nice and glamorous hotel, and worth the price. Wifi's working very well. The location is great, just next to the train stations and the bus station. We saw Mt. Fuji from our room and the restaurant on the 13/F. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon, the weather was a bit cloudy and it blocked the Fuji San, so we needed to stay in the hotel for half a day, but the room is very comfortable, so we actually didn't mind. “i wish i could live here. the staff was so sweet, they helped bring me into my room, brought my luggage, and sat me down for check in. i love the free waterbottle they gave, i loved the free drink bar with so much different teas, and i loved the breakfast. their food is so good, their onsen is great, and the parking is free too. the hotel is on a hill so you must get food from the nearby 7-11, sushi resturant, or box burger. i want to stay at this place a again. my daughter and i loved it!”

“friendly people, private onsen, huge windows with sea view. If youre coming from the train station by foot google map doesnt show correctly stairs location you gotta turn in the small street where the white signal tower, then left at the map sign and another left in the smallest driveway”
