“We have stayed at Harborview Landings before and so this was our second time staying there. We absolutely love staying there. It is a beautiful place and good for your soul. Thank you to Deb and she y and their lunch suggestion was amazing. ”
“Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come base di appoggio nel tragitto da Provincetown a New York, per fermarsi alla sera a Mystic. La scelta non è stata delle più felici. la struttura è sicuramente datata o quantomento trascurata. Il bagno piuttosto vecchiotto, i letti sono molli, la moquette non ha un bell'aspetto. Il distributore delle bibite e acqua al piano non funzionava. Alla mattina avevamo la colazione compresa: qualità scarsa e poca scelta. Ananas a pezzetti quasi immangiabile. meno male che...

“Its a nice hotel, the rooms are nice too. Very clean, the staff was wonderful and easy fast check in. Alot of different stores and fast food places near by. I just wish breakfast was included. And a big thumbs up to the fact Its a pet friendly hotel. 🐶🐯”
“Check in was smooth since Hotels.com had already designated the room - I was able to get the keys early.
Nightstand lamp did not work - nor did the outlets on the lamp - we told the desk about it.
Bathtub dangerously slippery because they put the shampoo and body wash containers opposite the faucet so it left slippery substance all over the tub bottom. If they had installed those on the same side as the faucet and showerhead (like other hotels I have gone to) - the water would rinse the residue...

“Traveled from Philadelphia for a friends wedding and the hotel was just a 8 minute drive from the wedding venue. Hotel check-in easy & fast. For an Inn it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Rooms were cleaned so as hotel areas. Needs a bit of updating but for my first time in Connecticut and needed a room at the last minute it was okay.”
“Appena arrivati l'impatto non è stato dei migliori, sembra all'esterno una catapecchia cadente, ma spesso l'apparenza inganna.....infatti ci aspetta di molto peggio !!!!
Abbiamo chiesto una camera per non fumatori, e ci troviamo un odore nauseante di fumo, le lenzuola bruciate dalle sigarette e sporche di capelli !!!! La moquette piena di polvere, insomma un incubo. Come se non bastasse il livello della clientela molto basso, si sentono rumori e schiamazzi a tutte le ore.
