I don't have the support staffs names but they were on top of making sure our needs were met!!! Kudos to the Valet team as well. Worth every $ we tipped them. Always smiling and lots of good energy.”

“Bed & breakfast a conduzione familiare, molto semplice ed essenziale, ma confortevole. Ottimo il posto, incredibilmente tranquillo e pacifico, situato sulla collina della baia di Hilo. E' comunque necessaria l'auto per tutti gli spostamenti.”

“Place different from the pictures on the web site. 10 min driving in the jungle to reach the place, no signals. Hosted in a TENT, no room shower, no hot water, dirty room, gym dirty with birds excrements. Poor breakfast (additional 25$ per person), no orange juice, no eggs, flying insects on the food. Worm in the shared shower ..... We booked 3 nights, after 1 night we left asked for reimbursement, hotel refused claiming that is expedia problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !”

“Very quiet location a short drive from Hilo. Beautiful grounds filled with fruit trees, charming birds, and the coqui frogs will relax you at night. The screened-in lanai is airy with ceiling fans and you will enjoy every spare moment out there or even a nap. Spacious well equipped kitchen and brand new appliances throughout. Many great snorkeling adventures in Hilo make great day trips. Check out the Tuesday night traditional Hawaiian music at the Hilo Town Tavern. ”
