“It was good enough to sleep and shower.”

“The property was poorly maintained, the bed appeared to not have new linens. The sheets looked slept in and the bathroom was uncleaned. I opted to wear rubber slippers on order to stab in the tub. Lots of hair throughout and insects.”

“The hotel was having a power outage and the a/c wasn't working. They had no rooms available for me. They still charged my credit card and I am hoping for a refund since I was on time for my check in.”

“The staff was exemplary from check in to check out. The room was amazing and super clean. Breakfast was delicious and the morning staff courteous and helpful. No complaints! Can't wait for the opportunity to stay again 🙂”

“We were told upon arrival that we could not test in the room we booked due to a water leak and mold. Moved to another room that also had mold. Decided to cancel the stay after seeing this. Reached out to oyo as well as Expedia. Expedia was helpful on reaching out to staff about the cancellation policy and a refund. I was told they waived the cancellation and would issue a refund since we provided proof of mold. Nothing has since been processed and I am unable to contact anyone.”
