“Bellissima esperienza in questo luogo particolare. Gli spazi comuni sono accoglienti e luminosi, ovunque grande attenzione alla pulizia. La posizione è particolare ma strategica. La stanza era ampia e pulita, unico difetto: non molto silenziosa sia per i rumori che arrivavano dall’esterno, sia per l’impianto di climatizzazione. Consigliato comunque! ”

“This hotel was so adorable. Beautifully antique. Our room was cozy and the fireplace was warm and inviting. Our view of the ocean from our room was beautiful, and even better from the roof lounge area. Breakfast was lovely. I enjoyed the chia pudding! What a unique and wonderful experience! ”

“This is my go to stay in LA area. Rooms are well-decorated and spacious. Great location with views from most rooms. Away from the road up on an hill in South Pasadena and onsite parking. Friendly proprietor, happy hour daily, breakfast on site (fixed menu). Could use USB ports or ways to connect devices easier. But small inconvenience in exchange for the privacy and ambience. ”

“Very nice property. Just too many steps. I didn’t realize there was no elevator, plus in room steps to get to the bathroom. Hotel should have better cautions on web page noting no elevator. Otherwise no other complaints, can get any closer to beach. Lots food n bars close by. ”

“The owner was incredibly nice and generous to us. However, the room itself was depressingly dirty. From gnats in the sink, dark stains on the sheets, poorly cleaned carpet, the place was just dirty beyond what I found acceptable. Location nearby to Universal is it’s saving grace”
