“Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. “Location was fabulous and the space was lovely. However the kitchen needs a few things: dishtowels and place mats. Also parking can be a big problem; although a zone parking pass is provided it can be difficult to impossible to find a space in the evening. One night we had to park more than 4 blocks away after driving around for almost a half hour. This is the not the agencies fault given how congested the neighborhood is but just be aware. ”

“Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.”
