“Clean quiet roo”

“It was incredibly clean! I only stayed a night but I was impressed and would highly recommend.”

“There were a few dead bugs on the carpet. The shower rail on the bathtub was loose. You could slide it out without much effort.”

“Fleas! I was there an hour. I was covered in flea bites. I just wanted a couple days to rest before I have a baby. The manager was hostile. He did not issue a refund, even though I checked out almost immediately. One of the staff was concerned about my staying there because it’s such an unsafe motel. They were talking about how to keep people breaking into my room to hurt me. A dog was barking loudly… I can’t imagine what it’s like to be in this place for more than an hour.”

The night time desk person was apologized for not being very friendly when we asked for the wifi password that was not written in our key folder. He was really busy?? “Aside from the person working 3rd shift, the manager was thoroughly unhelpful. And he didn't let the woman with him speak hardly at all. One of the sheets had a cigarette burn, the blow dryer looked old enough to start a fire, and the room itself was absolutely disgusting. The bedding was especially bad, despite claims of them washing it.”
