“Easy checkin at the bar with delightful staff amd free welcome drink. Room was simple but sufficient, great shower. Only there for one night but great valet.”

The room itself was comfortable and well kept, and the beds were some of the coziest we have had at a hotel. “I did not stay here. Unfortunately I booked this hotel by mistake. I wanted La Quinta Inn in Springdale, UTAH, not Arkansas. Expedia contacted the hotel for me and they refused to refund my 3 nights I prepaid, refused credit and refused to refund every 1 or 2 nights. I lost $515 and had to pay $800 for 3 nights in Springdale, UTAH. I will contact my credit card company and see if they can assist me with my refund. ”

“Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Parking was a breeze rooms were clean and comfortable.”

“Tv didn’t work the whole time we stayed. No pool. Building was under construction so it was a total mess. Air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a rocket ship. Breakfast was mediocre. ”
