“We stayed only for one night, but we were able to see the absolutely lovely service that this hotel has. The position is perfect if you want to visit old San Juan, you have some of the most famous places nearby. The room was clean well cleaned. I've noticed that many of the guests were regular, and i can understand why. If i'll ever come back to San Juan, SJ Suites is going to be my first choice!”

“Very good customer service, helpful and always available to help. Room is comfortable but I do want to say they need to keep the hot water on. I arrived late at night and took a shower, and it was killer cold the water. Not use to that. I always use this hotel when I travel thru San Juan and that is the only downside to the stay. ”
