“I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. “The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again.”

“Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was horrible experience. Check in time was supposed to be 4pm and we had to wait in lobby over an hour and didn't get our rooms until 5:30pm and we only had one night stay so it threw off our entire evening and we didn't get to enjoy the amenities. They did comp our parking at my request for inconvenience which was nice.”
