“The location was prefect as we were visiting the Lost Island Parks. Walking in the hotel smells like cigarettes and chlorine. The pool area was nice. We ate at Brew Brothers and Yummy. Both were good. Our room (704) was really dusty, but served its purpose. Our second room (703) smelled like ozone, so we tried to air it out for a while. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The sink had a soap bar. That was it. You get a free regular coffee at the café, or $2 off a specialty...

“The check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. However they tried to give my brother a room that hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. In the morning, their breakfast wasn't adequately stocked. We came downstairs...

“Clean comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff.”

“The room was comfortable but you could hear people moving around in the room above us. Fortunately, we were on the first floor. I don't believe they had an elevator. The breakfast was marginal at best. I did enjoy the coffee. Despite my thoughts, we'd return when the need occurs.”

“Unusually humid to the point the bedding felt damp. Only way to make it tolerable was blasting the a/c. Tv didn’t world. Internet went down. The towels in the bathroom were mismatched, and there was hair stuck to the shower wall when I entered to shower.”

“I wanted to extend my stay but the price went up by more than double, I asked if they matched hotels in the area and they said no. I checked out and gave their competition my money for another 5 nights! The breakfast was the same thing for my 3 night stay so nothing great. French toast sticks were so hard you couldnt bite into them. I own a business and if someone wanted competitor pricing I would give it to them as I do not want to lose them as a customer!”

“We arrived to a musty/stale cigarette smell. My husband checked the air filter and it was completely dirty. The bathtub would not drain. We would have to take showers in 30 minute increments so the tub would drain. There was mold around the tub. The smoke alarm was not attached correctly to the ceiling. We also noticed chips on the floor that was left from a previous guest so it makes me think the room wasnt cleaned properly prior to our stay. The carpet was frayed and dirty. The tub did not...

“Room was clean nice to have the option of the stove fridge and dishwasher. Restaurant was not good at all. Staff were very helpful.”

“The staff (particularly 2 ladies working the afternoon-evening shift) were extremely helpful in setting us up with handicapped parking for the 2 nights we were there. We had to unexpectedly cancel for 1 night, and they were also helpful in seeing this through for us. We were very happy with our stay.”
