Hotel a Heaker

“This is our “go to” hotel for the Houston, Sugarland area. The rooms are always clean, well maintained and COOL!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Parking has never been an issue. And special requests are always welcome and handled promptly. Additionally, we have never had a noise issue like other hotels. I HUGE recommend!!”

“I traveled with a dog, so the hotel worked well at a good price. The carpet was old and stained, so that didn’t look so nice, but the place was otherwise clean. Stairwells smell musty and elevators buzz too much but they worked just fine. Hallways were too warm (summer time), but ac kept the room nice and cool. Breakfast was very basic, but it was kept refilled. Grounds were clean. Pool and hot tub seemed to be clean and working. Staff were all polite and helpful. TV worked ok. Room had a...

“Located 1 to 2 miles away from downtown, the Rooms are well equipped, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. Would love to come back and stay whenever possible.”

“Stayed overnight. Check in and out was a quick easy process. They accommodated my request for a first floor room. Property was well maintained. The room was clean and nice. The only odd thing is that there was a bulletproof glass at the front desk.”

“This courtyard was ok. The rooms show signs of age and bathroom needs renovations. We stayed 2 nights but the room wasn't cleaned on Saturday. Disappointing facilities but staff were helpful.”
