“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
When we arrived on 4/3/26, the bed in our room had visible feces/stains on it. This is not a minor issue — it is a serious sanitation failure and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under a major brand.
Walking into a room in that condition immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. It was extremely uncomfortable and disruptive, especially arriving late and having to deal with something like...

“Air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfy. Room lacked lighting in the room, no desk lamp, etc. The TV did not work. Very noisy neighbors next door, and they were outside our door, until at least midnight. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, small muffins, toast, juices, coffee..... no yogurt or fresh fruit.”

“The property itself feels old and outdated despite attempts to modernize it. There were stains on the bed cover and the carpeted floor. Sloppy paint job and bubbling wood. That being said, it was as clean as you can get for the age, staff was friendly, and beds are comfortable. Overall okay budget hotel. ”
