“In una paesino nell’estremo nord dello stato di New York, si trova questa struttura molto particolare perché ricavata in una ex scuola. Le stanze sono ricavate in quelle che un tempo erano le aule, sono grandissime e arredate in modo originale. Grande ospitalità di Jim, che ringrazio per avere acconsentito ad un check-in in tarda serata. La colazione preparata da Donna è ottima. Da provare.”

“Excellent location for viewing the boats on the st Lawrence. We enjoyed spectacular weather so sat in chairs by the seaway and enjoyed a beverage upon arrival. In the morning sat at a picnic table and again just enjoyed the view. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and shower was new. ”

“Nice place to stay with terrific water views. The room comes with a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. At least when we stayed, check in and breakfast were nearby at the Gran View Inn (sister property), so not the most convenient - and the breakfast wasn't anything terrific, but the location definitely has a nice view and setting, along with all the other aspects we like in a place. Would we stay here again? Probably, esp if it's cheaper than the two...
