“The room was exceptional...clean, quiet, great sleep and a good breakfast...absolutely no complaints! The young guy at the desk when we checked in was very nice, friendly and helpful ( Branden), and when I thought I didn't have a hair dryer I called down and talked to (Shamika...I think I'm saying the right!!??) who also was very nice to talk to and told me to look behind the bathroom door..lol! Would definitely come back again. Thanks for everything!”

“Let’s start with check-in. I walk in and they have a sign to call a number for help that they have stepped out. Finally get in my room and great AC is on and it’s summer but they have it set to 63° and I have kids, but whatever blankets and turned it up. Climb in the bed and it’s hard and you could feel every spring and hear them. Glad they had a last minute room but for $150 a decent bed would pleasant. I would not return solely because of the bed.”

“Breakfast had fixings for burritos- very good. They were asphaling the parking lot so parking was confusing. Clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.”

“This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10!”

“Bay Pointe is a lovely inn. The staff is welcoming, our room had a nice balcony, clean and well-maintained indoor pool. The restaurant was good, fish & chips was the best dish. The grounds are beautiful. For a quiet laid-back trip, it is an excellent choice. The only complaint is they need to find a way to control the flys!”

“The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.”

“Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”

“I am not a hotel snob. I usually know what I am getting myself but this hotel was just something else. So much so that my family only stayed 1 night instead of the 2 we booked and drove back to our home. Room 28 smelled like cigarettes, there was chipping paint on the walls, mold on the bathroom walls, spiders in the corner of the wall. The beds, when you pulled the covers back were disgusting.
