“We had an incredible week at this beautifully remodeled 1940s house! The charm of the original architecture combined with modern updates made our stay truly special. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the fun of Fredericksburg's Main Street, we enjoyed exploring the shops and dining options. The outdoor space was fantastic, perfect for our kids and fur kids to run around and play. It was the ideal setting for our Thanksgiving celebration, creating memories that we'll cherish...

“Everything was fantastic. They had everything that we needed to stay. We had two babies and we brought our own pack and plays for their sleep and the closets were plenty big enough for them to have a quiet and dark space for naps and sleeps. The hosts were very great at communicating! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone! ”

“We enjoyed the property, the hot tub, and the views into the pasture and the night sky were superb. The rooms and setup were exceptional. The layout was perfect for us. We plan on returning shortly. Overall excellent food and winery choices. Close to town, and everything is easy to get to. It is an excellent place to unwind and just relax.”

“My friends and I had a great stay at this place! It was perfectly sized for the 6 of us and really close to restaurants and food on/near Caesar Chavez but also great location to get to downtown or lady bird trails. We would stay here again!”

“The house is located in a convenient location with everything close by. There are several nearby restaurants that offer delivery, which was very convenient. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay during two hot summer days.”

“Clean & cozy. Air condition worked well. Access to the river was great. Kitchen towels would be a nice addition. ”

“This was such a cute property. It was very well kept and clean. The check in process was great. House was as pictured. I love how the bathroom has a separate “get ready space” with a mirror and small chair. WiFi/netflix/air conditioner/fridge all worked great. Not the best water pressure, but we were all able to take hot showers so that was nice. The chargers on the night stands were a great touch. Extra blankets and pillows if needed. The back porch was awesome with a great view of the river....

“The property was great and the house was very clean. Do to the recent floods we weren’t able to float directly from the property. The location was amazing and a short walk to Rockin R and Gruene. We saw a herd of deer every night in the yard. Will definitely stay here again. ”

"Camera sporca, materasso scomodo e vecchio, rumori dalle altre camere per via della non insonorizzazione. Ascensori bloccati. Parking solo con car valet a 69 dollari… Personale gentile ma l’hotel non vale veramente il prezzo. Deludente…"
