“Carpet could use a little cleaning. Some parts a little dated, but overall look great, clean, great staff, breakfast okay but sufficient, great location, beds great. Elevator in the back of the building..only stairs from lobby access. Overall stay was good, especially for a last minute road trip on holiday weekend. Would stay again.”

“The property is dated, but clean and comfortable...stayed here previously & will stay again. The rooms need updated refrigerators with automatic ice makers, as the two available ice machines were broken. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The property has lots of parking available and is a very convenient location. The outdoor pool was a big hit with many guests, and the elevators in each building were much appreciated & during this miserable heatwave the room AC units worked flawlessly....

“Beware there are other hotels much better to choose from!!!! NOT up to Marriott standards. This is such a poorly managed hotel. Have been coming to Williamsburg 28 years. Everyday breakfast items out (different times) , not being refilled, No coffee. Check in rude, sarcastic and condescending, could not wait for shift to end. Furniture damaged, TV stopped working. Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping came in once.”

“Our room was clean and all the staff we interacted with were good. The Wifi was terrible and I couldn't get a 5 or 4G data signal anywhere on the property. The breakfast was awful. All the fruit had a chemical taste like it had been sprayed or washed with hand sanitizer. The eggs were cold and very hard. The coffee options were regular and regular with just whole milk. I expected better with it being something you had to pay extra for.”
