“This was my first time staying at the Hilton Vacation Club, and it was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly; it was a very private area, super safe, clean, and beautiful. Everything is incredibly convenient; you can simply text a number if you need more towels. Each "room" is basically an entire apartment in which you get to yourself. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite for free upon arrival. Checkout is also super easy; just drop your keys in the box on the way out the gate. Would...

“We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice.”

I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. “After we took a shower, the water would not turn off. The showers water handle was broken and we could not turn it off. We couldn’t even change the temp of the water so the shower head just kept pouring out hot water and it was warming up the entire room. We tried to call the lobby but nobody was picking up.
