“Friendly desk staff.”

“Room was ok. But the breakfast was not worth eating. Stale cereal and mediocre variety. It was fine for one night but wouldn’t be worth it for more than that.”

“the rooms and hallways smelled musty. Dehumidifiers were running in the hallways. Free breakfast was very skimpy. Parking was good and lots of eateries close by.”

“The most annoying problem with my stay was that the toilet in my room was so low that every time I sat on it parts of me were in toilet water. To say the least this was an uncomfortable and unsanitary. I’m a man of average height (5’ 11”) and proportions. I don’t think this problem is any way unique to me. When I checked out, I talked to the manager. She said she was aware that the toilets in the hotels’ guest rooms were a problem. She and other staff members had recently stayed overnight at the...

“We booked the room because the property had a hot tub. Got there and was told it had been closed down for more than a year but it had not come off the website. Told us we could get a refund since what was advertised was not available. We took the refund and found a hotel that had one.”

“The property was not what we was expecting We had watched the makeover on tv that dave an jenny done It was just.okay. the pool was great Our room had an awful sewer smell. Thank goodness they moved us to a diffrent room at 10 pm. Are we would have had to check out an go some where else”

“We paid for a suite but condition of the room was horrible. Room smelled terrible, bathroom faucet leaked which left standing water on vanity and the door deadbolt wouldn’t retract making it difficult to lock room from the hallway side. 2-night stay but room wasn’t cleaned. Not up to Marriott standards! ”

“Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Manageable size property with a very welcoming lobby space. I wish there were coffee/tea makers in the rooms, as the coffee shop on the ground floor closes mid-afternoon. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bentonville.”
