“This was a very nice little motel and very clean.it was nice and quiet too. They had a microwave, fridge and coffee set up. The check in was the easiest Ive ever done, I couldn't believe it. Friendly people.”

“The hotel is designed to be minimalistic, the room floor had plastic wrappers and plastic ties still on the floor. We had to go to the front desk to check out an ice bucket. I seriously doubt we would ever choose to stay at this facility again.”

“This place is neat, clean, and convenient to Rogers, but the amenities are sorely lacking and we were going to be charged for extra towels?! No one was at the front desk most of the time. Customer service not great, but hotel served its purpose for Arkansas Graduation. ”

“Hard to find, we drove around it twice. While we were given an occupied room, gave us another with 2 beds (at no additional cost-thanks🙄) a suit like he offered should have been nice for the inconvenience. Clean and friendly service.”

“My mistake, I didn’t realize there was no running water in the cute little room. A short walk to the showers and restrooms is not in my will power at 60+ years old. I called the owner and was seeking help. He laughed at me. He was very rude and didn’t have a solution. Not impressed with his lack of sympathy. He could have at least pretended to care about the situation. I was shocked at his response.”
