“Refused to extend my employees prepaid stay for one more night due to him not having plastic license (as it was lost). They had no issues to check him in for the first night, but once we extended his stay for the second nigh - they refused to let him in. Also refused to refund the money”

“Unfortunately compared to everyone else's reviews & great experiences my experience was absolutely awful & extremely strange! I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and on the 5th day i had to go inside the office & book another day unlike the other 4 days i booked online well i booked the room and paid for it and when i went up to the counter and gave me name the receptionist ”
