We booked two nights with them, but we didn’t stay there because when we arrived we noticed how unkempt the outside was kept, trashy and landscaping needed a lot of work. We then asked to see our room, which needed some serious attention. “Nice stay, clean hotel, friendly staff, easy access to the beach and nice pool. Could use a couple more umbrellas poolside. Bed pillows not great. Very lumpy so bring your own. Preference was to stay on the second floor, not the first floor with the doors out to parking lot. Breakfast is basic bagels, waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt and cereal. Kids really loved the waffles.”

“This hotel is very cute, clean and centrally located to the downtown Leonardtown area. Parking was very accessible and easy and I loved that breakfast was included. My only issue was the woman working at the front desk when we checked in. She was grumpy and not very friendly. We arrived at noon so we understood it was early and that all of our rooms might not yet be ready, but she seemed annoyed at us! And didn’t offer any accommodations to help us settle in after a 7 hour drive.”
