“Everything was clean. Staff was super helpful and friendly.”

“Standard al di sotto del brand “La Quinta”. Camera con alcuni componenti consumati e pulizia inesistente di alcune parti. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

“We stayed two nights and I'm pretty sure I didn't sleep either night....The beds were like sleeping on the ground, not comfortable at all.....You had to ask for towels for the pool and they were like a small bath towel....”

“The hotel manager tried to give away my room the weekend of Morgan Wallen because I got a cheaper rate that I booked months in advance. They called threatening me if I didn't call back by 5pm which was 15 minutes away the day before I'd lose my room. I booked a pay when I get there rate which is what I ALWAYS DO!!! DONT GIVE THIS PLACE A SINGLE PENNY OF YOUR MONEY!!!! Nobody has ever tried to cancel my Expedia rooms!!!!! Crooked ass Chinese people!!!”

“Not much food”

“Breakfast was enough for us and there is plenty of parking. The parking lot was very clean.”

“I rate everything pos. We had an extremely long check in, someone entered the room when we were in the room. The drawers were falling off furniture. The bathtub was a nice gray color when it should be white. The rooms smelled musty as well. Breakfast was the only thing I felt was good.”

“We paid for 2 nights because it was required. Morgan Wallens fault. We only stayed one night. It was filthy, loud and served the purpose to sleep long enough to get back on the road. I have nothing good to say about it. ”

“I always enjoy a visit to Tuscaloosa because the southern hospitality is so great here and this hotel was no exception. The staff were the friendliest people and our room was spotless. The beds were so comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. ”

“We stayed at this hotel so we could attend the Morgan Wallen concert at Bryant-Denny Stadium on April 18, 2026. The hotel met all of our expectations and they didn’t jack up the prices because of the concert like a lot of other hotels in the area did.”
