“Great Location”

“Check in was easy. Room was clean and cozy. Restaurant was amazing, waitresses bubbly and very attentive. Food was delicious, especially the sweet potato fries. We were not prepared for the stairs to get to our room, but we were able to manage okay. We didn’t care for the coffee in the room or the restaurant, but they had the best ice water. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again.”

“Hotel posizionato lungo la strada per le Niagara Falls ma troppo distante da loro. Molto poco pulito, lenzuola macchiate banco non pulito (sporcizia nei angoli e sopra il lavandino). Caffè già aperto. ”

“My reservation was canceled due to an error in credit card even though I was supposed to pay at the property. Thankfully they had another room available. Once there our stay was wonderful. However, in the morning of departure I got a text saying there was a charge to my card that was my original payment so I had to cancel that card and now I have to wait for a new bank card to be mailed so all in all this was a very frustrating experience.”

Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...
