“This is a very nice property. However, we were there from Sunday to Sunday and the “heated” pool was not heated at all -it was freezing cold. Had I had a child and arrived and they weren’t able to swim because of this I would have been very upset. We got into the hot tub which was a little too hot. We enjoyed it everyday all the same. The rest of the stay was excellent. We come down in early May expecting to be able to get into a heated pool and enjoy it. That didn’t happen this time. The staff...

“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

“Rooms are VERY small and very sparsely furnished. Practically no storage for anything..forces you to " live out of your suitcase". Bathtub was very slippery and had to ask for a drain stopper. This would be okay if you just need a bed to sleep on before hitting the road again, not for multi-night stays.”
