“I had a reservation that was not refundable , but I had a family problem and I had to cancel 2 night…at the moment of the check in I asked a favor if it was possible to refound the 2 nights , the guys at the reception say yes and asked me to contact hotels.com …after contact hotels.com now somebody say no to refound me the 2 nights ! “The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“I randomly found this place as i was looking for some options to fit family of 9 without booking two separate rooms. This place is amazing and charming. It’s new, in soft industrial style but with cozy lounge sets in hallways and green plants. They have fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Every detail is considered for your comfort. The most important thing is the place is super clean, staff is very friendly and polite. It’s facing the freeway but you don’t hear any noise...

“At first I was a little worried because I could easily hear people outside the room and upstairs, so I was expecting not being able to sleep but the beds were so comfortable that I slept so good. Room is super clean, LOVE THAT! Staff super nice. Breakfast is ok, not amazing but good enough to get you ready to go. Hotel is literally next to the freeway but the windows are great quality because it did not bother us. Love the location, not too far from anywhere we wanted to go.”
