“I had a reservation that was not refundable , but I had a family problem and I had to cancel 2 night…at the moment of the check in I asked a favor if it was possible to refound the 2 nights , the guys at the reception say yes and asked me to contact hotels.com …after contact hotels.com now somebody say no to refound me the 2 nights ! I was really really surprise !!!”

“The staff was amazing, even helped me get a list item from my Uber driver. An unexpected homeless camp showed up outside of the entry and the staff took care of the situation with speed, safety for guests as well as respect for the campers. I'm looking forward to stay again. ”

“Very family oriented we had some neighbors who were there to party however that’s not the hotel‘s fault. The hotel itself was magnificent. Very well. Kept grounds plenty to do, especially for children. I love the fire pits and the fact that you get to buy s’mores packages.”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”
