“This is not a safe place for female travelers. The house keeping manager (a man) kept coming in the room unannounced, without knocking, and seemed to be trying to steal. He was aggressive and walked in on us while we were changing. Do not stay here if you’re a woman. Additionally, the room was dirty and the garbage was full of soiled pads. The fridge had old food in it- just utterly disgusting.”

“The hotel had great ambiance from the front lobby to the check-in lobby. The staff was very friendly and responsive which made me feel welcomed. The room was very clean along with the hotel. Location was great too due the park across the street where we had a lovely walk.”

“The hotel overall was okay, now there’s a few key issues with it, the AC in the room is controlled and it doesn’t go under 66 degrees which for Houston is not cold, you’ll be very hot at night, the TV volume will not go above 30 which means you can barely hear it, the bathroom door has 0 privacy, all sounds and smells will go out to the room, the pool has no supervision whatsoever and kids will make your time completely insufferable, if you are looking to enjoy the pool you need to go very early...
