The hotel has a dark, small, unappealing entrance and foyer, and after checking in, you have to walk by the closed pool (which was half empty with murky black-green water), in order to get to the rooms. It gave us an uncomfortable feeling. The first room we were given had a disgusting tub/shower with about a 10-inch area of rust around the drain and black, moldy caulk and grout. “The shower curtains had spots of black mold on them. The duvets had stains on them as if they didn’t even wash them. The wash rags looked dirty hotels use white so they can bleach these things but this hotel apparently does not. There is an older short lady with glasses that is very rude but the other staff members were very pleasant. The breakfast was not cooked thoroughly. “The place was clean and the parking was close to the room. Great staff. We would stay there again.”

“What I did not like about our visit . Tvs did not work , wifi did not work but they were still checking people in. In the room microwave would not shut off, no time on screen, had to open door to turn it off.fixed chsin on flapper to get toilet yo work. had not been swept in at least a week. “This hotel sold after I booked it and the new owners said they didn’t forward any reservations. We were in town for a concert and all hotels were booked for a very inflated price. Had to sleep in a car. Expedia should have known this was happening. ”

“No I never stayed there cuz I was on the national do not stay for whatever reason they wouldn't let me stay there cuz I was on some kind of paper saying I wasn't allowed to stay there so I paid for it and then you said none refundable how is I know supposed to know I was on allowed to stay there so I feel like you need to give me my money back”

“The owner of the property canceled all third party reservations due to a popular event. Found out only after attempting to check in after the event at about 11:30 pm. Luckily we were only 2 hours from home, so we made the trek back home. Be aware of this issue.”

“Water pressure in sink was abysmal, parking if not valet subjects you to park at a parking garage down the street only in the 3rd or 4th floor which at night feels sketchy. Room has fridge chock full of drinks both alcoholic and non but watch the price lol…lastly a small trash can by the toilet is all the room offers for waste so be mindful of to go food oh, and no microwave in the room. ”

“This property is a gem for sure. The suite was a good size with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Very nice stay and comfortable bed! There is no on site staff, they text you the room code. That was nice too.”

“- Clean modern rooms and shared areas - Great proximity to Texas Tech University - a walking distance - Great vibes in the hotel restaurant area all day What could improve - gym was unclean - pool area look too standard for such a modern hotel - confusing checkout time - time on the door said 12pm but they forced me out at 11am”
