“Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. When we got to the hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues that I chose to ignore because it was a late night when we checked in and we were tired from driving. First there was a hair on a towel, the Kleenex box looked like it was dipped in water, and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub. “Our was clean. The shower had good water pressure and good hot water. Our bed was comfortable and the ac worked good. The front desk staff at check in was nice and so was the lady at check out. Great stay for the money!”

“Staff was ok, the faucets handles need repair and the ironing board they brought had rust and looked pretty old. The hotel room writing pad said they provided breakfast but they didn’t, the restaurant charged. So needless to say my stay will be the last time I stay there. It needs updating.”

“I came to Nacogdoches for a funeral to be given this. The room was dirty had not been vacuum the carpet was filthy and not handicap accessible, only had a high tub and no shower. I had to find another hotel to stay in at 12:00 o’clock am. I called the hotels in the area and they couldn’t accommodate me. Finally I called the Sparks and they gave me a room.
