“We knew the accommodation would be rustic and we were perfectly fine with that. But the clutter, maintenance and cleanliness of the property was terrible. Absolute disgrace. The only positive was the bedding and linen supplied by the outsourced company was comfortable”

When we first arrived at the cabin, it looked very unkept, spider webs everywhere on the outside building but then we went inside, and it was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We couldn't locate the Wi-Fi password and were on SOS which was disappointing. We were also very concerned with the dog on site as there was no one around in the main house. We filled up it's empty water bowl as it was very hot, felt sorry for the poor thing.”

Wifi is listed as an amenity however the connection is extremely unstable and unpredictable which meant we were not able to be contacted the entire time we were at the property. “Great location and the house would have been relatively comfortable however, a pool was being constructed (no one advised us) and base on the last guests 8 weeks prior, the construction had been going on since then. Because of the construction, there was a temporary fence which was not compliant and impeded on our ability to enjoy the back area.
