The team that looks after the rooms is also exceptional. Having seen some other people’s reviews, I think you need to bear in mind that this is a building which is more than 100 years old, and it has been updated to a very comfortable and pleasant experience. “The location is beautiful, rooms are great, the sitting area near reception is amazing so peaceful and relaxing, the fire place and lounge is gorgeous. Breakfast is fantastic, so much variety. My disappointment was finding hair in my bed and my towel had a hole in it the size of a 50 cent piece which just brought down the classiness of the venue.”
