“We had a lovely stay in this welcoming and comfortable hotel. Excellent service and a beautiful breakfast. Nice gardens and plenty of parking. ”

“ヒーバー城とチャートウエルに行くためロンドンから来ました。駅から3分で直ぐにわかります。チェックイン、アウト、荷物回収時に受付の方が居なかったりほかの方対応で時間がかかりました。部屋は地方のせいか広く、最新の設備で気持ち良く過ごせました。朝食は六時半からでしたが七時半頃向かい、十分な品がまだありましたが無くなったものの補充はなく帰る頃には温かい品（卵・ベーコン・ポテト・マッシュルームなと）はもう片付けられていました。各々とればイングリッシュブレックファストを食べられますし、果物やヨーグルト、パンの他にマフィンやクランペットもあり、イギリスではじめて食べる機会に恵まれました。焼いてバターとはちみつで凄く美味しかった。お水も自由にペットボトルへ入れられました。ここセブンオークスはロンドンから１時間弱、宿泊が高いロンドンより日帰りでなく地方泊をオススメします。宿泊の夜はロンドンのスーパー購入の物を持ち込みました。”

“Stayed two nights 26/27 March. The de luxe double was an excellent room very comfortable bed had a really good night sleep. Bath in the bathroom a positive. Breakfast on first day a full english really well cooked next day on the Saturday had eggs royale really good.”

“The manager and staff at this hotel go above and beyond. My wife is disabled and travelling can be a challenge. The folks here just go out of the way to make things as easy as they can. The accessible room is large and the bathroom with its roll in shower and shower stool is well designed and functional. Top marks to all the staff.”

“Good parking facilities. Hotel is right in town which is a real bonus. Staff were helpful and friendly. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. We went instead to a very charming cafe just for a change. Unfortunately the down side of the hotel are the rooms. We had a twin room, nice view and large. However the decor was very tired and frankly grubby. The bathroom was ok but if you tried turning round in the bath whilst having a shower you could, and I did, crack your...

“Beds are huge and the staff are jolly and helpful providing excellent service. Communal lounge, dining room and grounds all kept really nice. Spa is more functional than luxurious but good for the price. Only negatives were: - both me and my friends eggs at breakfast tasted very vinegar-y. - Each time the extractor fan was on in my room it was drawing in bad smells eg sewage and cabbage cooking smells. However overall we really enjoyed our stay and are grateful to the staff for making it...

“I did not expect that the room would be detached from the pub and there was no one in the facility overnight. I had questions about how to turn on the heat but there was no one to ask. Staff person was very nice but when she checked me in and showed me the room I didn’t know it was going to get cold.”
