“We were very happy with our stay here. The room looked brand new and was probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in that wasn't $300/night. I really appreciated the easy river access and the refrigerator w/ a little freezer. Beds were clean, the room did not ever feel humid and uncomfortable. The only thing that would have improved our stay would be a grill - there was not a grill available for use.”

“This was listed as a Radisson 3-star Hotel in downtown Denver and turned out to be the Plaza hotel which was not a three-star hotel it was something that should not be open. Parking was abysmal and I'm disabled so the property was terrible for me and there's no one to help. I was originally put on the third floor instead of the first one when I was also traveling on escorted except for a pitbull who was supposed to be welcome there but there was no pet area and it was dangerous. “There was a massive construction/remodel effort underway that was not mentioned on the website. Guest elevators were unavailable and all guests had to take staff elevators. The lobby was rendered pretty much unusable. The staff was clearly under pressure and did well to help but I wish there was mention made on their website. ”

“We had to pay for parking $20 a night. Our shower mob broke and we were asked if the shower would be used because he didn’t know how to fix it. I had to strongly say yes the shower was need as we had excursion planned. Finally it was fixed but it took some time which put us behind schedule.”
