“Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not return or recommend this property. The location was excellent and check-in was smooth, but the cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. There were ants throughout the kitchen/living area, we had to kill more than a dozen bugs during our stay, and there were spiderwebs, dust, and a general level of grime throughout the apartment. “Posizione buona, si raggiunge in 20 minuti a piedi il centro città ed è molto vicino anche alla fermata della metro. Colazione buona. C’è disponibilità di parcheggio ma non viene data la possibilità di prenotarlo quindi accade che bisogna parcheggiare in altri parcheggi in zona.”

“Room was much larger than expected. The location was perfect, one block from all the restaurants, bars, stores and only a 5min walk to Notre Dame basilica. Very clean and quiet location. Very safe too. 3 separste code access doors makes it feel secure, even though Montreal in general is a very safe city. The property manager sent text and email with clear instructions. Made us feel right at home as we did not miss anything. Full kitchen, utensils, and even some complementary snacks. Loved it!”

“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”
