ApartHotel a Île Sainte-Hélène

“Considering the price, this is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. I found it very dirty (the spiderwebs were impressive) and the breakfast was very poor ( no cheese, no ham, very bad coffee). I chose a place with a kitchenette, but there was no cutlery/ glasses/ plates. We asked reception and they told us to use the paper cups provided. I said you dont put paper in a microwave, but they said it was ok. And They burnt, of course! Fortunately, I took it out immediately and nothing happened...

“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”

“The front door was a little difficult to work even with the correct code.. had to do multiple times to work.”

“Sala colazione piccola.

Posizione ottima. Personale molto...

“good but put little coffee pods in the room. more regular vs decaf.”

“It feels like no one works for the property and it could have been cleaner. Theres a lack in communication with the property. For example, getting simple things like towels/toilet paper was a hassle. The best thing was the location.”

“Phenomenal room, you pretty much do everything yourself. Easy check in and out. Love the space !! Will return”

“Stanza perfetta, hotel sikenzioso”

“Ok”

“Tutto bene! Comunicazione eccellente! Grazie !”

“Location was wonderful and room was very clean.”

“Good property as advertised, in unit laundry, decent sized kitchen and fridge and parking at a decent price”
