“This is not a hotel, should be listed as a BnB, there is no one on site. I was there 2 nights and various homeless persons were around the entrance all the time. Piles of trash sitting around at the entrance. When I arrived, the bedroom window was open and was also broken so I could not close it. I will say that they sent somebody to fix it right away. It needed some attention for maintenance, toilet seat falling off, paper holder falling off, broken vanity drawers. Bathroom towels were in poor...

“The space had all of the amenities you would expect, but unfortunately not everything was maintained/available as you’d expect. The biggest issue was that the WiFi didn’t work for 90% of our trip, which was a big issue for those of us without data to fall back on. The bathrooms weren’t clean when we arrived and there was a hole in the ceiling that dripped water and formed a puddle outside of one of the bathrooms. The walls were also very thin so we could hear the other guests very easily, but...

“My wife and I just spent two days and three nights here, and we had a very good time. The good: the location was exactly what we wanted (we know Montreal a bit), and the neighborhood is full of interesting places, and access to the rest of the city is great from here. The apartment gave us a feeling of having our own home for a few days, and it was great having a parking spot too. But there were a lot of maybe's, at the same time. Here are some that struck us; and I know everyone is different....
