“Owner initially took days to answer us but closer to the stay date was extremely responsive and cooperative. The place is old but maintained well. However, we did not get the unit we rented. We were upgraded to the ground floor unit for logistics issues. The owner forgot to turn the heat back on and the air conditioning was still in the window with the plastic insultation on the sides completly riped off. We were able to put our hands outside... Still the host was very helpful and had someone...

“Had a wonderful four night stay with 5 friends as we celebrated our friendship of 46 years. We drove to Montreal from Ontario and Ivan met us at the gate, helped us navigate the narrow alley way and gave us a tour of the property. The property is stunning and the location across from Bonsecours Market in Old Montreal is very convenient. The property is within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and shops. “Sam’s place is great for large groups visiting Montreal. Location is very convenient: bus stop right outside or a 10min walk to a metro station; Old Montreal/Notre Dame is a straight 20min walk. And not to mention the abundance of restaurants and cafes in Griffintown. The apartment was clean and Sam was amazing in responding to all our requests, big and small such as replenishing household items and fixing minor issues. ”
