“The hotel staff were superb! However, the Writers Room (restaurant) staff were horrible. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant were excellent, but they were having a bad night (long waits for service, food was late, cold, sent back, and still not right). Also, Lloyd’s (bar) were training new bartenders every night we were there, and the drinks were occasionally good but mostly horrible. “I love this hotel! Modern, clean and luxurious. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the fresh flavored water pitcher in the lobby. Unlimited bottles of water were also appreciated in the July heat. The breakfast bar had a decent selection although it was the same for both mornings we were there, a different variety of food would be nice. ”
