“Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean, and so very comfortable. We were able to sleep and did not hear anything during the night. The pool was clean and perfect for my little yo safely swim due to the depth. We didnt get a chance to use the waterslide, but watched a few kids having a blast on it.
Our morning went smoothly, with a great variety of food to choose from, and very helpful staff.
We will return again. ”
“Brand new hotel. Very nice. Reception & breakfast staff were wonderful. Only gave "area around property" a 3 because it's just part of commercial/mall area. Not my cup of tea. ”
“No real complaints. It was very clean and quite convenient. The shared bathroom was no problem as it’s not overcrowded and I never ran into anybody else. The only thing is that the outside seems to be under construction and there are a couple of loose bricks on the way down the pathway to the entrance of this place so watch your step. But that was at the time of this review. I’m sure it’ll be finished up in the near future. ”
“The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. ”

"We stayed at this large hotel located right in the heart of downtown Toronto. The staff was professional and courteous throughout our stay. Our upgraded room—one of the superior rooms with two comfortable double beds—was clean, spacious, and pleasant. Originally, we had booked a room with a single double bed, but upon check-in, we found a piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor. Aside from that issue, we were quite satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially considering the location and service."
